This is a complementary 15 minute conversation to explore whether Sufi Healing is for you and how this modality for energy healing can assist in promoting positive physical, pscyhological and material change in your life. Sufi healing comes from the tradition of Sufism, which is the mystical branch of Islam. Sufi healers, or alims (scholars), often use spiritual practices, prayers (duas), recitations (dhikr), and energy work, along with a deep connection to the Divine, to facilitate healing. The core of Sufi healing is the belief that healing comes through the mercy (Rahmah) of God and the spiritual connection with the Divine, as well as the harmonious flow of energy in one’s soul. How It Works (Theoretical Framework): Sufi healing is based on spiritual principles. Sufis believe that illness, whether physical or emotional, can arise from a misalignment with the Divine order, negative spiritual energy, or a blockage in the flow of divine light or mercy. The healing process often involves: Spiritual Remembrance (Dhikr): Repeating sacred names or prayers to invoke spiritual presence and heal the soul. Breathing Techniques: Some Sufi healing practices involve specific forms of breathwork to help balance the body’s energy and connect it to divine forces. Sacred Energy or Divine Light: Sufi healers may believe that they channel divine energy or light from God to the person receiving healing.
